Is there a decent coffee around here?!

As with most Friday mornings, I was in Harehills after school drop off, meeting my friend to spend the morning together. She told me she had a doctor’s appointment at 9.30am so we decided, rather than sit in the car outside the surgery, we had enough time to grab a quick coffee and breakfast. Perfect. I am always up for having a coffee. Apart from one thing. We couldn’t find anywhere to go…

So we ended up heading back out to Oakwood, to one of my absolute favourite haunts, Timoneys, parked up, had a lovely chat with AuntieJean and within ten minutes we were hugging our white Americanos, enjoying fabulous buttered cinnamon raisin toast, and still had seven minutes to get back to the GPs in Harehills. Perfect.
